Requests the State Auditor to conduct a social and financial assessment of mandatory health insurance coverage for sexual and reproductive health care services as proposed in House Bill No. 1179 and House Bill No. 1180 from the 2023 Regular Session.

House Bill No. 1179 would require health insurers, mutual benefit societies, and health maintenance organizations to provide coverage without cost-sharing for various reproductive health services, drugs, devices, products, and procedures.

House Bill No. 1180 would require the same coverage as HB 1179 but would allow cost-sharing for the reproductive health services covered.

Directs the Auditor to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the convening of the 2024 Regular Session.

Requires certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Auditor, Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, and Insurance Commissioner.
