Urges the Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Development Division to conduct and publish a study on protein consumption in Hawaii using and supplementing the United States Department of Agriculture National Agricultural Statistics Service 2023 Census of Agriculture data.

Study must include the amount of livestock, poultry, aquaculture, and seafood (including wild-caught) consumed in the State, disaggregated by island.

Requires the study data to be presented in a Hawaii-focused, user-accessible manner.

Department of Agriculture must submit the completed study to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2025.

A certified copy of the resolution must be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Agriculture.
