Urges the National Institute of Food and Agriculture to issue additional funding through the Gus Schumacher Nutrition Incentive Program to support expansion of Hawaii's Double Up Food Bucks Program.

Double Up Food Bucks Program provides dollar-for-dollar matching funds to SNAP beneficiaries purchasing locally grown fruits and vegetables at participating retailers, farmers' markets, and community-supported agriculture projects.

In 2020 and 2021, participating food retailers issued $978,467 and $1,662,900 respectively in discounts through the program to SNAP shoppers.

Program was available at 57 food retailers across 98 market sites and pickup locations statewide by end of 2021, with plans to expand to rural areas.

Requires transmission of concurrent resolution copies to the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture, Hawaii's congressional delegation, Governor, and Board of Agriculture Chairperson.
