Request that the Department of Facility Maintenance of the City and County of Honolulu dredge and clean the Ulehawa Stream and Canal on a quarterly basis.

Request that the Department of Health complete water quality testing of the Ulehawa Stream and Canal at minimum quarterly every two years.

Urge the Army Corps of Engineers to work with the Department of Facility Maintenance to create a permanent solution to prevent rapid accumulation of sediment and debris, including potential design and construction of a stream groin at the Ulehawa Stream mouth, coordinated with the Department of Transportation's 2025 Ulehawa Stream Bridge rehabilitation plan.

Request that Hawaii's congressional delegation prioritize finding a permanent solution for the Ulehawa Stream and Canal and assist in securing federal funding.

Direct transmission of the resolution to the Army Corps of Engineers Honolulu District, Hawaii's congressional delegation, Department of Transportation, Department of Facility Maintenance, and Honolulu Board of Water Supply.
