Note that Makau Street has experienced approximately thirteen water main breaks, with residents observing that breaks occur near the corner where buses exert pressure, though the Board of Water Supply states traffic loading should not adversely impact the mains.

Indicate that Keaau Beach Park parking lot is currently too narrow to accommodate the bus turnaround in its existing form, implying that infrastructure improvements would be necessary.

Direct certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Director of Transportation, Mayor, Director of Parks and Recreation, and Oahu Transit Services, Inc.
