Recognizes kimchi's cultural significance, including its designation as intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO in 2013 and its nutritional benefits (probiotics, vitamins A, C, K, potassium, calcium, and folate)

References South Korea's National Kimchi Day on November 22, which represents the eleven major kimchi ingredients and twenty-two health benefits, and notes similar designations already passed by California (2021) and Virginia (2022)
