Requests the Department of Agriculture to convene a Feral Game Mammal Working Group to identify, solicit, and distribute grants for controlling feral game mammals in Hawaii.

Identifies feral ungulates, pigs, mouflon sheep, goats, and Axis deer (over 60,000 in Maui County) as threats to native ecosystems, endangered plants, native birds, and public health through disease transmission and habitat destruction.

Establishes working group membership consisting of representatives from the Department of Agriculture Animal Industry Division, Department of Land and Natural Resources Division of Forestry and Wildlife, and two community members from feral game mammal-impacted areas selected by the House Speaker and Senate President.

Addresses environmental and public health concerns including erosion, spread of invasive weeds, destruction of native vegetation, mosquito breeding grounds that harbor avian diseases, and potential disease transmission to human populations.

Requires certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Agriculture and Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources.
