Requests United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement refrain from deporting citizens of these three nations

Notes that citizens of Compacts of Free Association nations can legally live and work in the United States without visas as "non-immigrants" but have no pathway to citizenship under current immigration law

References U.S. nuclear testing in the Marshall Islands from 1946 to 1958 and the resulting Compacts of Free Association established in 1986 as compensation for loss of life, health impacts, displacement, and land loss

Directs certified copies be sent to the Majority Leader of the U.S. Senate, Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, Hawaii's congressional delegation, and the Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement
