Requests the State Auditor to conduct a social and financial assessment of mandatory health insurance coverage for sexual and reproductive health care services as proposed in House Bill No. 1180 and House Bill No. 1179 (Regular Session of 2023).

Requires the Auditor to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the convening of the Regular Session of 2024.

Assessment is required by Hawaii Revised Statutes section 23-51, which mandates legislative review of proposed mandatory health insurance coverage for specific health services before consideration.

Directs transmission of certified copies of the resolution to the Auditor, Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, and Insurance Commissioner.
