Request the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to establish and maintain no fewer than Hawaiian cultural centers within the State by a specified deadline (deadline date not filled in document).

Each cultural center must be dedicated to Hawaiian culture and history with emphasis on the particular geographic location, contain static and interactive displays, offer regular classes in Hawaiian chanting, dancing, music, language, and other cultural practices, and serve as a public gathering place for celebrations.

Require the Board of Trustees of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to submit reports to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the regular sessions of 2024 and 2026 detailing the status of efforts to establish the centers, estimated costs for planning and construction, proposed legislation, and other relevant information.

Transmit a certified copy of the resolution to the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.
