Urges the Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Development Division to conduct and publish a study on protein consumption in Hawaii utilizing the U.S. Department of Agriculture's 2023 Census of Agriculture data.

Requires the study to include consumption amounts of livestock, poultry, aquaculture, seafood, and wild-caught seafood, disaggregated by island.

Requests the study data be presented in a Hawaii-focused, user-accessible manner to inform policymakers, food banks, and businesses.

Mandates the Department of Agriculture submit the completed study to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the start of the 2025 Regular Session.

Directs that a certified copy be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Agriculture.
