Requests the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation or appropriate state agency to conduct a feasibility study on redeveloping lands at TMK (1) 2-8-015:001 for workforce housing and affiliated uses.

Requires the feasibility study to include a conceptual development plan with a market study and steps needed for development, conducted in cooperation with affected state agencies.

Directs the agency to submit the feasibility study report to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2025.

Cites Hawaii's need for 26,000 to 47,000 new housing units before 2030 and the ongoing workforce housing shortage as justification for the study.

Requests certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Executive Director of the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation, President of the University of Hawaii, and relevant state agency directors.
