Request that the Department of Transportation and Office of Planning and Sustainable Development convene with the City and County of Honolulu's Department of Environmental Services to jointly evaluate current infrastructure in transit-oriented development special districts, including Aloha Stadium and Pearlridge Center.

Direct the joint evaluation to determine current sewer capacities and projected future capacity needs for development in these transit-oriented districts.

Require submission of a preliminary report of findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2024 Regular Session convenes.

Require submission of a final report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2025 Regular Session convenes.

Direct that certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Directors of Transportation, Planning and Sustainable Development, and Environmental Services of the City and County of Honolulu.
