Request the State Auditor to conduct a performance audit of the Department of Transportation's Pali Highway resurfacing project.

Pali Highway resurfacing project began in May 2017 with anticipated completion in December 2020, but remains only approximately 75 percent complete as of the resolution date.

Project still requires paving of Vineyard Boulevard, Wyllie Street, Waokanaka Street, Funchal Street, and Pacific Heights Road, with Department of Transportation estimating August 2023 completion.

Auditor must submit performance audit findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2024 Regular Session convenes.

Certified copies to be transmitted to the Auditor, Director of Transportation, and Deputy Director of the Highways Division.
