State auditor shall conduct a comprehensive performance and management audit of the ten agricultural parks operated by the agricultural resource management division of the department of agriculture.

State auditor must submit a report of findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the regular session of 2024.

Act takes effect on July 1, 2023.
