Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to identify all state and county roads, landmarks, monuments, and public parks that contain the name "Diamond Head."

Requires the department to identify the process for renaming these locations from "Diamond Head" to the traditional Hawaiian place name "Lēahi."

Department must submit a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2024 regular session convenes.

Enacted to honor the history and culture of Hawai'i by restoring traditional place names.
