Establishes a Maui campus housing pilot program administered by the school facilities authority to provide on-campus housing for teachers, staff, and administrators at Lahainaluna and Kulanihakoi high schools on Maui.

Program runs from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2029, with post-construction administration to be transferred to an unspecified entity after housing is completed.

Requires the school facilities authority and department of education to submit annual reports to the legislature (by 20 days before regular sessions in 2024-2029) on program progress, funding needs, and proposed legislation for a permanent statewide program.
