Repeals the requirement for broadband service providers (except commercial mobile radio service providers) to file census-block level informational reports with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs beginning March 1, 2013.

Removes definitions of "broadband access or broadband service," "broadband infrastructure," and "broadband speed threshold" from Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 440J-1.

Eliminates the requirement for providers to report broadband availability aggregated at the census-block level and monthly pricing information on a county-by-county basis.

Maintains the requirement for commercial mobile radio service providers to file data and information consistent with Federal Communications Commission filings.

Aligns Hawaii state law with the Federal Communications Commission's December 2022 decision to sunset the Form 477 block-level broadband deployment data filing requirement.
