Adds a new definition of "wild game" to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 145D-1 as non-domesticated species of animals used for food, excluding poultry, livestock, seafood, and freshwater nongame fish, but including deer.

Expands the definition of "donor" to include persons who donate wild game without remuneration to charitable, religious, or nonprofit organizations.

Expands the definition of "food product" to include wild game.

Adds wild game donations to the liability exceptions in Section 145D-2, provided the good-faith donor reasonably believes the wild game is fit for human consumption.

Modifies the definition of "donor" in Section 145D-2(e) to allow donation of wild game the entity reasonably believes is fit for human consumption, exempt from facility preparation and food safety inspection requirements that apply to other foods.
