• Amends Section 205-2 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to modify regulations for food hubs in agricultural districts.

• Redefines food hubs to include facilities that may contain commercial kitchens and provide storage, processing, distribution, and sale of agricultural products for consumption in Hawaii, removing the previous requirement that products be grown in Hawaii.

• Limits food hub processing facilities and appurtenant areas to no more than 20 percent of the parcel, with the remainder dedicated to other agricultural district uses.

• Takes effect upon approval.
