Appropriates funds from general revenues to the University of Hawaii Cancer Center for fiscal years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 to conduct a multiethnic cohort study on Native Hawaiians, Pacific Islanders, and Filipinos (specific dollar amount not specified in bill text).
