• Part II: Establishes a temporary public land trust working group within the Office of the Governor with six members to compile a definitive inventory and valuation of all public land trust lands within 24 months.

• Part III: Appropriates $65,000,000 for fiscal years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs for repairs to bulkheads and revetments on parcels conveyed under Act 15 (2012).
