Authorizes Hawaii public schools to maintain a stock supply of bronchodilators for emergency use during asthma episodes and respiratory distress.

Permits school health aides and authorized employees and agents who volunteer to administer bronchodilators to students or individuals experiencing actual or perceived asthma attacks.

Requires schools maintaining bronchodilator supplies to follow department protocols for employee training, medication maintenance, secure storage in accessible locations, and immediate follow-up including 911 emergency calls.

Requires bronchodilators to be prescribed by a physician, advanced practice registered nurse, or physician assistant with the public school designated as the patient, and allows schools to accept donated unused medications and apply for grants.

Expands the definition of "inhaler" in existing law to include bronchodilators and requires volunteers administering bronchodilators to receive training on asthma recognition, administration techniques, and emergency response procedures.
