Requires individual and group accident and health insurance policies issued or renewed after December 31, 2023, to provide coverage for standard fertility preservation services for insured persons under 26 years of age who may undergo medically necessary treatment that could cause infertility.

Prohibits insurers from using prior diagnoses or prior fertility treatments to exclude, limit, or restrict required coverage, and bars discrimination based on expected lifespan, disability, medical dependency, quality of life, or other health conditions.

Requires any coverage limitations to be based on the individual's medical history and clinical guidelines aligned with American Society of Clinical Oncology standards, without deviating from the full scope of those guidelines.

Applies the same fertility preservation services coverage requirements to hospital and medical service plan contracts and health maintenance organization policies under the same timeline and conditions.

Takes effect upon approval; defines "iatrogenic infertility" as fertility impairment caused by surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, or other medical treatment, and limits coverage to non-experimental procedures established as medical practice by the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
