Modifies Section 205-2(c) to permit lot sizes as small as one-quarter acre within rural subdivisions, while maintaining the half-acre minimum lot size requirement for most other dwellings in the subdivision.

Updates Section 205-5(c) to align minimum lot size and dwelling density standards with the new quarter-acre provisions for low-density residential uses in rural districts.

Takes effect upon approval and provides counties flexibility to address local housing needs through ordinance adoption.
