Requires the Department of Education to work with the Board of Education to create a public digital dashboard by the 2027-2028 school year displaying how schools statewide are adopting high-quality instructional materials for K-12 English language arts.

Dashboard should be modeled on digital curriculum visualization tools used in other states and include a legend for curriculum ratings based on EdReports reviews or comparable sources.

Requires the dashboard to allow families to easily navigate and filter results by school, with annual updates noting changes from the previous year.

Mandates provision of non-digital alternative access to the dashboard for families.

Takes effect July 1, 3000.
