Mandates state-funded sexuality health education programs include a high-quality computer-generated rendering or animation showing the process of fertilization and every stage of human development inside the uterus, noting significant markers in cell growth and organ development for every week of pregnancy until birth

Requires the superintendent of education to ensure these fetal development requirements are included in Hawaii's health content and sexual health education standards

Defines "human growth and development discussion" as oral, written, or digital lessons about human biology related to pregnancy and development inside the womb

Takes effect on July 1, 2024
