Requires persons doing business in Hawaii to place warning labels on products developed or tested using human cells.

Warning labels must include a disclaimer stating the product was developed or tested using human cells.

Labels must provide a website address disclosing the origin of human cells used, the method of obtaining those cells, and the medical or scientific name of the human cell line.

Violators are subject to fines and imprisonment, with specific penalty amounts to be determined.

Adds new section to Chapter 486, Hawaii Revised Statutes, Part V, effective upon approval.
