Permits injunctive relief and private civil lawsuits for damages against violators and those who knowingly host deepfakes on websites or platforms, with prevailing parties eligible for attorney's fees and costs.

Authorizes the campaign spending commission to investigate violations and assess administrative fines.

Exempts news broadcasts, paid broadcasts with good faith verification efforts, published news media with disclaimers, and satirical or parody content from the prohibition.
