Prevents minimum wage decreases by requiring that if Consumer Price Index calculations result in a lower rate, the minimum wage remains at the current year's rate

Updates tipped employee minimum wage provisions with corresponding increases, reaching $1.50 per hour by January 1, 2028, with automatic adjustments thereafter
