Mandates schools share evacuation communication plans with students, parents, guardians, and staff at the beginning of each school year through website posting and direct notification to parents.

Requires the Department of Education to collaborate with the Department of Transportation to assess all school campuses and determine if sufficient emergency evacuation routes exist, with findings and recommendations due to the Legislature by January 2025.

Appropriates funds to the Department of Education for fiscal year 2024-2025 to create emergency action plans and establish comprehensive evacuation communication plans at all schools.
