Amends section 341-6 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to remove a reference to section 341-4(b)(3), which was repealed by Act 152 (Session Laws of Hawaii 2021) when the environmental advisory council was transferred from the department of health to the office of planning and sustainable development.

Maintains the environmental advisory council's functions as a liaison between the office of planning and sustainable development and the public to solicit information, opinions, and recommendations concerning environmental quality.

Preserves the council's authority to make recommendations, monitor state and county agency progress toward environmental goals, and submit annual reports to the legislature.

This is a housekeeping measure to correct outdated statutory language that references a section no longer in effect.

Takes effect upon approval.
