Amends Section 84-17(g) of Hawaii Revised Statutes to clarify disclosure requirements for legislative members regarding persons subject to Section 97-3.

Requires legislature members to disclose business partners, employers, officers or directors of employers, and clients who provided at least $5,000 of income in the preceding calendar year.

Changes disclosure standard from "lobbyist list" requirement to "where the member knows, or reasonably should know" that a client provided the $5,000 threshold income.

Takes effect on April 14, 2112.

Does not affect rights, duties, penalties, or proceedings that were established before the effective date.
