Prohibits manufacture, sale, offer for sale, distribution for sale, and distribution for use of food packaging, food service ware, cosmetics, and personal care products containing intentionally added PFAS (perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances) beginning January 1, 2027

Exempts hydrofluoroolefins used as propellants in cosmetics, FDA-regulated drugs, medical devices, dietary supplements, combination products, and products approved by the FDA

Defines "intentionally added PFAS" as PFAS chemicals manufacturers have intentionally added to a product with functional or technical effect

Repeals section 321-602, which previously prohibited PFAS in specific food packaging types (wraps, liners, plates, food boats, pizza boxes) effective December 31, 2024

Takes effect January 1, 2027
