Amends Section 560:3-801, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to reduce the frequency of required publications of a notice to creditors by a trustee from three successive weeks to two successive weeks.

Aligns trustee publication requirements with amendments made by Act 158, Session Laws of Hawaii 2023, which standardized probate publication requirements across the Uniform Probate Code.

Applies to notices published in newspapers of general circulation in the judicial circuit where the decedent was domiciled or where a probate application or petition has been filed.

Maintains the four-month creditor claim deadline period measured from the first publication of the notice.

Takes effect upon approval.
