Expands the statute of limitations for civil actions based on childhood sexual abuse committed on or after July 1, 2024, from eight years to thirty-two years after the victim's eighteenth birthday.

Extends the discovery rule period from three years to five years after a victim discovers or reasonably should have discovered that psychological injury was caused by sexual abuse.

Allows courts to order personnel of legal entities named in sexual abuse claims to undergo training on trauma-informed response, including understanding trauma's effects on behavior and cognition and creating non-judgmental environments.

Maintains requirement that plaintiffs file a sealed certificate of merit from a licensed mental health professional before commencing civil action.

Applies only prospectively to abuse occurring on or after July 1, 2024, and does not revive claims that have already expired under previous statute of limitations.
