Director of Human Resources Development must revise all rules, policies, and guidelines relating to state employee telework to limit telework to a maximum of two days per week.

Exception allows telework without the two-day limit during declarations of national or state emergency.

Revised telework rules must include guidelines and restrictions on supervision and accountability standards to ensure appropriate state services to the public.

Act takes effect upon approval.
