Department of Transportation must identify any roadways other than Komo Mai drive that could serve as emergency egress routes from Pacific Palisades on Oahu.

If no alternative emergency egress route can be identified, the Department of Transportation must determine the feasibility of constructing a new alternative emergency egress route from Pacific Palisades.

Department of Transportation shall submit a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2025 regular session.

Effective date is July 1, 3000.
