Amends Section 346-53 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to increase state supplemental payment rates for adult residential care homes and related facilities effective July 1, 2024.

Type I facilities (adult residential care homes classified as facility type I, licensed developmental disabilities domiciliary homes, community care foster family homes, and certified adult foster homes) state supplemental payment increased from $651.90 to $1,136.

Type II adult residential care homes state supplemental payment increased from $759.90 to $1,334, effective July 1, 2024.

Corrects "supplementary" to "supplemental" in statutory language regarding security income and public assistance eligibility.

Takes effect upon approval.
