Tenants in condominiums who win lawsuits for residential landlord-tenant code violations shall receive reasonable attorney's fees, costs, and treble damages (three times actual damages or a minimum of $1,000, whichever is greater).

The Real Estate Commission must establish a Condominium Association Board Oversight Task Force to review transparency and consistency in condominium association governance.

The task force shall evaluate whether additional regulations, legal protections, grievance processes, and specialized training are needed for condominium boards and owners.

The Real Estate Commission must submit the task force's findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2025 regular legislative session.

The task force shall dissolve on an unspecified date (left blank in the bill text).
