The required statement must notify tourists of federal, state, and county laws protecting public monuments and structures, including Native Hawaiian cultural sites, burial grounds, and places of worship.

The statement must direct tourists to gohawaii.com for more information about these protections and require them to affirm awareness of and compliance with Hawaii's desecration laws.

Takes effect on June 30, 3000.
