• Establishes rebates for electric vehicle-ready parking stalls in new affordable housing construction, with up to $1,750 per stall for Level 2 alternating current charging infrastructure.

• Expands the existing electric vehicle charging infrastructure rebate program to include new construction of affordable housing units defined as housing affordable to households earning at or below 140% of area median income.

• Requires applicants to submit rebate applications within twelve months of electric vehicle-ready parking stall installation, with failure to apply constituting waiver of rebate rights.
