Requires executive branch governmental bodies to develop and maintain a publicly accessible online project management platform for capital improvement projects.

Platform must be searchable and viewable by the public with no restrictions on access.

Platform must list all capital improvement projects completed in the past five years and all projects currently in progress.

Required information for each project includes: project status, project description, awarded vendor identities, funds allocated and expended, and project location.

Effective date is upon approval; implementation deadline for platform development is left blank in the bill text.
