Requires the Law Enforcement Standards Board to develop a structured health intervention program for law enforcement officers within a specified timeframe after the effective date.

Mandates each department employing law enforcement officers to implement the program, which must include physical training, fitness classes, martial arts, and restraint training with vital signs monitoring.

Requires the program to provide mental health support that is confidential, stigma-free, and trauma-informed, including mentoring programs and peer-to-peer support groups.

Authorizes the Law Enforcement Standards Board to adopt rules under Chapter 91 to implement the program requirements.

Takes effect on July 1, 2042.
