Establishes an artificial intelligence government services pilot program under the Office of Enterprise Technology Services to deliver government services through an internet portal using AI technologies.

AI-powered services shall include unemployment services, death certificate issuance, building permit issuance, and driver's license issuance, delivered in coordination with appropriate state and county agencies.

Office of Enterprise Technology Services may consult with artificial intelligence research experts during pilot program implementation.

Office of Enterprise Technology Services must submit a report to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2025 regular session with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation arising from the pilot program.

Appropriates unspecified general revenue funds for fiscal year 2024-2025 to establish the pilot program, effective July 1, 2024, and authorizes exceeding the state general fund expenditure ceiling.
