Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 342L-35 to require cleanup and removal of all jet fuel, fuel additives, and all compounds resulting from jet fuel degradation or reactions when restoring the environment after a confirmed release from an underground storage tank or tank system.

Establishes a rebuttable presumption that detection of jet fuel, jet fuel additives, or jet fuel-derived compounds in the environment or groundwater near an underground storage tank after a confirmed release is the result of that confirmed release.

Modifies the environmental restoration requirement in Section 342L-35(a)(3) to be subject to the new jet fuel cleanup standards in subsection (b).

Takes effect upon approval.
