Requires labels stating "100% Hawaii-Grown Macadamia Nuts" or "Hawaiian Macadamia Nuts" only if all macadamia nuts in the package were grown in Hawaii

Mandates that partial Hawaii-grown macadamia nuts be labeled with the percentage by weight of Hawaii-grown nuts, preceded by "Hawaii-Grown Macadamia Nuts"

Requires listing of countries of origin for any processed macadamia nuts not grown in Hawaii on the product label

Expands prohibited labeling practices to include company names or images of the State that misrepresent macadamia nuts as Hawaii-grown when they are not

Establishes a private right of action for civil damages for violations of the labeling requirements and includes a severability clause if the law conflicts with federal law
