Department of Agriculture shall develop tax incentives, rebates, grants, and loan programs for agrivoltaic farms and solar energy systems on commercial or privately held agricultural land.

Tax credit or rebate shall cover 35% of the cost of solar energy systems, including agrivoltaic systems, for commercial farmers and residents.

Agricultural land must be actively cultivated in conjunction with agrivoltaic or solar energy systems to be eligible for incentives or financing options.

Department of Agriculture shall submit a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than 20 days before the 2025 regular session convenes.
