Require the Department of Agriculture to use consistent units of measurement when reporting the total quantities of restricted use pesticides used to the public by county.

Expand pesticide buffer zones from 100 feet to one-half mile around school property during normal school hours, effective January 1, 2025.

Prohibit restricted use pesticides from being applied within one-half mile of state or county public parks.

Exempt whole structure fumigation from the buffer zone requirements, with the more restrictive provision applying if the pesticide label conflicts with these requirements.
