Amends Section 514B-124.5 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to clarify that cumulative voting rights in condominium elections apply to all candidates, including write-in candidates.

Replaces the term "nominee" with "candidate" throughout the statute to encompass both nominated and write-in candidates in cumulative voting procedures.

Clarifies that unit owners use "individual votes" when cumulating and distributing votes in condominium board elections.

Adds a new definition section stating that "candidate" means a nominee or write-in candidate for purposes of cumulative voting.

Takes effect on July 1, 3000.
